This Privacy Policy explains how Naked Taco & HIGHBAR ("Naked Taco," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit lovenakedtaco.com. We do not sell your personal information.

Newsletter. If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address. It is stored with our email provider, Mailchimp, and used to send you news, events and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Private event inquiries. Event inquiry buttons on this site open a form hosted by Tripleseat, our event-management provider. The details you enter there (such as your name, email, phone number and event details) go directly to Tripleseat and our events team, and are handled under Tripleseat's privacy policy as well as this one. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message.

We do not collect payment card or financial information on this website.

Information Collected Automatically

When you browse the site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, the link that brought you here, approximate location derived from your IP address, and interactions such as clicks on our reservation, ordering and phone links.
